With over 15 years of recruiting experience, Courtney has been an integral part of the Logix team since 2011. She quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Partner in the Biotech and Life Sciences division, where she continues to make a lasting impact. Courtney brings deep expertise in full life cycle recruiting and a passion for finding the perfect match between top-tier talent and high-impact roles.
Her experience spans direct hire, contract, and consulting placements, ranging from entry-level roles to C-suite executives. She has successfully filled positions across a wide spectrum of functions, including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, clinical sciences, biostatistics, CMC, pharmacovigilance, program management, investor relations, medical writing, market access, and more.
Courtney is known for her outgoing personality, attention to detail, and ability to fully understand the needs of both clients and candidates. Her commitment to building strong, long-term relationships is a cornerstone of her success.
Outside of work, Courtney is an avid traveler with a love for exploring the Caribbean. She is also the founder of the Diamond Girlz Motorcycle Club, an all-female group based in Boston, MA, which she launched in 2009. The club actively participates in charitable events across and beyond Massachusetts. A passionate animal lover, Courtney’s dream adventure is to experience an authentic African safari.
