Jennifer is a seasoned executive in talent acquisition and management, bringing over a decade of experience to her role at Logix, Inc. Since joining the firm in 2012, she has specialized in life sciences recruitment and account management, playing a pivotal role in Logix’s recognition as one of Massachusetts’ top executive search firms by the Boston Business Journal. Before her tenure at Logix, Jennifer held positions in corporate marketing and management across Fortune 1000 companies and startups. Her consulting work includes contributions to Monster Inc. and Procter & Gamble. Notably, she was instrumental in driving significant investment revenue growth in the financial services sector and participated in successful IPOs with Student Advantage and Sanbolic Inc., which was later acquired by Citrix.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Lesley University and is an active member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA). She is renowned for her meticulous attention to detail and her commitment to fostering long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Outside of her professional endeavors, Jennifer enjoys the outdoors and spending time on Cape Cod. She is also passionate about theatre and the arts and dedicates time to philanthropic organizations.
