Kim has been with Logix for over 25 years, starting out in the Hardware Engineering sector in the high-tech boom, but then becoming a pivotal part of the tremendous growth of our Life Sciences Division. Known for her ability to uncover top-tier talent that isn’t actively on the market, Kim specializes in matching the right candidate with the right opportunity — often when others can’t. Her consultative approach guides both clients and candidates through the hiring journey, ensuring alignment on both sides. Her infectious energy, integrity, and intuition have earned her a loyal network of repeat clients and long-term partnerships.
When she’s not matching talent with opportunity, Kim is a proud mom of teenagers, a group fitness instructor helping others stay healthy, and a DJ on a mission to keep the world dancing. She’s also an aspiring author, currently working on two novels: The Lottery and The People I Have Met.
